Share Best Practices with Youth Ministry Professionals!

Share what works (and what doesn’t work so well) with people just like you: youth ministry professionals who are committed to creating environments that empower youth to explore and grow.

What: The Pacific Northwest District (PNWD) is hosting a Youth Advisor webinar series facilitated by Anne-Marie Davidson.   Anne-Marie has served as a youth group advisor for eight years in Tacoma and Port Townsend, Washington and as the PNWD Youth Con Consultant and Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Team lead advisor for the past five years.  This series of four virtual coaching sessions is based on sharing her experience and encouraging the exchange of best practices among participants.

When: Participating Youth Advisors will be supported throughout the year.  Webinar dates are Nov. 15, 2011,  Feb. 28, May 8, and Aug. 21, 2012.

Who: New youth advisors and youth ministry professionals, as well as those more experienced folks who want to brush up on their skills. Open to anyone.

How: Register here on the PNWD website (includes a small fee).

Why: This is just another example of  becoming more effective at delivering our professional services by working together. And it’s an excellent example of the outstanding resources made available for youth ministry professionals by congregations and staff across the country!
