    Court struck down marriage ban in Massachusetts, opening the door for marriage equality!
    Was SC 35 or 36? So many lately we’ve lost track of the total! Florida could be January – we’re hopeful.

    Wondering about your headline – “we started it all” ??

      “We started it all” refers to the lead plaintiff of the case “Goodridge v. the Massachusetts Department of Health” being an employee of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) when she filed suit with the support of the UUA. Julie and Hillary Goodridge were married at UUA Headquarters on May 17, 2004 – the first day the State of Massachusetts issued marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
