Attention all Luminary Leaders and Luminary Alumni!
Illuminate your creativity and spread the good news of Unitarian Universalism. Create a shareable image, enter it in the contest for a chance to win UU swag!
The winning images – First, Second and Third Place – will be published on 2 high-traffic websites blueboat.blogs.uua.org and uua.org – promoted on social media, and and seen across the United States!
Contest Prizes:
First Place: Large YaYA Swag Package
Second Place: Medium YaYA Swag Package
Third Place: Small YaYA Swag Package
Example of an effective shareable image.
Create an image (JPEG format only) that visually represents a Unitarian Universalist value and voice.
- Must include a quote from a living Unitarian Universalist
- Must have permission to use any parts of your design that you did not create yourself (stock images, song lyrics, etc). Provide necessary attribution with your post.
- You may use pictures you have created, pictures you have received copyright permission for or pictures from the following sites:
- You may wish to use Canva as an easy way to create the shareable image.
You may enter multiple shareable images for consideration.
All entries must be received on or before November 15th, 2015.

To enter the contest:
- Email your entry as a JPEG attachment with the following information to luminary@uua.org:
- Full Name
- Street Address, City, State and Zip Code
- Email address
- Optional: twitter & insta handle
- Reason why you love UU – 140 character answer
- Indicate that you have read and agreed to the contest rules
